Day 138 - Healthy but starving

It's so hard to resist temptation to spend and eat out. So now I'm "TRYING" to be on a healthy eating plan.

*Eating on time
*Having a good balance of protein, veggies, carbs and a bit of sweets :)

Here's my typical dinner : Prawn dumplings and garlic broccoli.
